- Customer will verify the material, color, pattern, design and final look of the dress on whatsapp via real time tracking facility. Return/refund will not be entertained on the basis of the above mentioned attributes approved during real time tracking.
- Keeping the fact in mind, that color and material cannot be judged on the basis of images, Vogum will be sharing the exact material name and color name with the customer. Hence, return/refund will not be entertained on the basis of color or material.
- If customer cancels the order within 48 hours of order placement, then 80% of the total order amount will be refunded to the customer.
Reason: Company invests in raw material just after order placement and company has to pay all the transaction charges to the third party payment gateway.
- If customer asks or wishes to make changes in the dress in between the production phase, then refund will not be entertained on the basis of late delivery.
- In case of COD, a minimum amount of INR 150 will be charged as COD charges extra and customer has to pay 20% of the total amount in advance to successfully place the order.
- For international Delivery: The final delivery charges will depend upon the final weight and zip code of the customer.
Shipping And Return Policy
- The customer can appeal for return/refund within 36 hours from the time of delivery in case of valid reason.
- If the shipment is delayed by the courier partners, then company is not liable to refund the amount. Vogum is in collaboration with some of the most trusted courier services. Sometimes, shipment is also delayed due to abnormal weather conditions and natural disaster. Company is not responsible for delay in these circumstances.
Conditions for Return/Refund (if based on valid reason)

- Original Tags must be present at the time of replacement without being damaged.
